Mainly muscle strengthening with classic exercises: push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, as well as stretching of various joints. The knees and wrists should not be neglected. Of course, there will be a good hour of warm-up with basic movements designed to prepare the body for effort. Endurance will not be forgotten either, you will start and finish each day with a one-hour jog. It will be progressive, but this training will run from five o’clock in the morning to six in the evening.
