Mainly muscle strength­en­ing with classic ex­er­cis­es: push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, as well as stretch­ing of various joints. The knees and wrists should not be ne­glect­ed. Of course, there will be a good hour of warm-up with basic move­ments de­signed to prepare the body for effort. En­durance will not be for­got­ten either, you will start and finish each day with a one-hour jog. It will be pro­gres­sive, but this train­ing will run from five o’clock in the morning to six in the evening.
