I have a sinking feeling that a lot of people have completely forgotten about page 2482. South is clearly not fully himself at this moment. Something with I'K'L or maybe XXI kind of influenced him. Magic, special ability, simple manipulation? Hard to say. Still, it fits South's character. He's one of the few who's been a stickler for the rules. Every time, it's even made fun of at his expense. So much so that undermining South's authority is one of the longest running gags in DBM.

What's more, with the appointment of North as the new Grand Supreme Kai, the Kaioshin of the 4 who was most likely to speak out in favor of continuing the tournament was chosen. (Dai Kaioshin may have chosen North on purpose so that the tournament would continue). Then comes the scene with I'K'L and Yamcha. And later XXI's comment on page 2450.

It's perfectly understandable that South has finally had enough. All it takes is one 'manipulation' as a spark, and the Kaioshin falls like a domino.

I don't know if an enhanced Kakarotto and Vegeta's Vegetto would be stronger than the U16 one, but he would probably be 2nd strongest behind him... or would be if XXI hadn't fed him something that no doubt effects that. If they go this route, XXI not only has a potential decoy Vegetto, but possibly the strongest fighter as his bodyguard.Thus U5 XXI could potentially have both U16 Vegetto and the hypothetical U13 Vegetto under his control at the same time.

There is a chance that the twist with Bardock's visions is that it could potentially be two Vegettos going on a rampage at the same time.

I think this is kinda cool. I don't get why so many people are hating on this story. Sure there are a ton of weird plot holes but Im loving this uphill battle v Broly.

On the theory that someone will be disqualified by timeout: maybe XXI left someone aligned with him outside the death trap? A duplicate of him? His dragon? Another summoned entity like Janemba? Or even a fake of sorts? But that would beg the question of whether it's been 30 seconds yet, or at least if it will be soon.

On the other hand, I suppose the organizers would surely not want to start the next fight until the scary smoke is gone, and XXI would still benefit from ending Gast here to hide his own abilities/become stronger, so maybe he does have this disqualification ploy as a backup plan in case he isn't actually able to defeat Gast inside his domain, but he's nonetheless aiming to do so.

I figure he probably is simply trying to beat Gast the old fashioned way though, but I have to agree that the title is very, very curious...

You know, if they do both get disqualified here and Vegetto gets butthurt at the tournament having a more or less random, meaningless conclusion, then it surely wouldn't help that it'd be his "inferior" version who won by technicality.

Why do you guys still take this comic so super seriously? It's just a fun story Sayazur wanted to create, even if it doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Working with the premise that is DBM Broly, because he is just such a broken OP guy, was in my opinion still not a good decision as we can see here everyday in the comments, but to each their own I guess. If Sayazur had fun creating it, why not? But the funniest part is, this isn't even canon to DBM. So even less reason to get upset over a fans work from DBM, that doesn't change the overall story at all.

Last but not least. If you guys dislike this comic and Sayazur's decisions that much, I really do have to wonder why you keep returning here, is it just to complain? If I dislike something that much, I'm not bothering with it anymore. That's honestly some weird behaviour in my opinion. And please don't tell me you started reading it, so now you have to finish it for some reason. Or that you hope it will get better in the end. You can always make the decision to not read this comic here. Nobody forces you.

Been a lurker of this Comic/Website since 2015, and it's just amazing to me the amount of whining and complaining that is always in the comments. All these armchair writers and artists who never have anything nice to say for these people that have been consistantly putting out comics for over a decade really dissapoint me. Either go make your own comic, learn to not say anything unless it's constructive, or both.

I appreciate all the artists and writers that have taken time out their personal lives over the years to help put out content like this! Yall are the best and I cant wait to see more of it!

A lot of people think Gogeta landing a hit is showing off. Broly might be invulnerable, but he also has defensive techniques. We saw him use one a few pages ago. Just throwing out your strongest attack isn't a good way to win a battle against an opponent who knows to defend against it, and Gogeta's probably not strong enough to completely overwhelm Broly in one go like Vegito. He has to create an opening and then exploit that opening.

Similarly, I would assume if they defuse inside of Buu that they can't refuse inside of Buu, but...

According to Old Kai, the fight is already shattering the boundaries of reality. There's a good chance any attack strong enough to kill Broly fired by a BuuGeta would destroy reality too. Broly screaming and powering up was enough to crack the barrier and we've seen a few attacks deepen those cracks. Just blowing him up at this point isn't playing for a win, it's playing for a draw... and a draw is a loss, because Broly doesn't care if he exists or not and they do care if they exist.

In this universe, Vegeta never made it to earth.
So I wonder how their relationship developed without the alien interloper?

From my reading of the material, Vegito also did not force Bra to become space cop or saddled her with the responsibility to protect the universe. That's why Gohan isn't being forced to partake, or trunks, or Goten.

Bra wants to be the strongest and the best and was following around Vegito to take over from him at one point. She is actually the only kid Vegito has with the same kind of lust for fighting as him. I see no indication anywhere in the material that Bra 'Wanted out' but was 'forced to stay a space cop'

I actually like Bra as a character, but if you had a good friend, sibling or kid that ended up killing a family due to drunk driving you would have a lot of difficulty forgiving them for that - even if they were drunk and 'not in control of their actions' at the time.

And I'm pretty sure you would get very angry if that person then turned to you and said 'I know I'm not Perfect, but neither are you!!'

Bra still has Bulma. There's no way Bulma wouldn't be able to give her an out to do something other than fighting since Bulma is Brains >>> Brawn anyway.

Let's not forget that according to the story - despite bra's faults - most people actually like/love and support her. So even if Vegito is a bad parent - she still would've had other people to give her support when needed.

This makes me believe (as mentioned in previous comment) that Vegitto has been covering for her anytime she goes on a real rampage by erasing memories - so he's the only one that truly knows how terrible bra is. Maybe Bra herself doesn't even know.

I'm hoping that's the case and Vegitto reveals this after breaking from Gasts control (which he should do. We all know Power beats all in DBZ eventually)

Did you forget that she was put into the role when she was like what, eight or less? This is assuming that kids have the ability to make good decisions as a stable adult.

This is DB. DB 5 (or 10) is not the same as real world 5 or 10.

I'm talking about whether or not she is able to make effective decisions with her age at that time when she becomes a space cop or is still in training. The difference between Bra and Gohan is that Gohan had real stakes, was raised rather strictly (though not never necessary when it comes to raising good people and by both Piccolo and Chichi), and was never dragged into wars too complicated for an average person to deal with. He was dragged into fights but never wars. Before Gohan gets into fights or even his first one against Raditz he had a very peaceful environment unlike Bra who was dragged into the entire mess. With no real threats to her, she has grown to be cocky and it's the same with Vegito.

If everyone in the universes demands punishment then yes, let it happen to ease their worries. Punishment is not necessary but retraining her would be.

It's also nice to see someone who recognizes that Bra isn't entirely at fault.

But later he got better at controlling it and became an awesome dad.

Vegeta: I allowed Babadi to control me so I could forget about my family and just focus on besting Kakorat. In the end even though I broke free easily, his power awakened the darkness in my heart. Kakorat allowed me to see my real self not the one full of hatred but the one who cared for his family and accepted normal life. It was not until I was risking my life to fight Buu that I finally understood why Kakarot was so strong and I was so weak.

Vegito: Okay maybe I have not been the best dad but still there has to be repercussions for your actions even if the dragon balls can fix things. I think it best if you withdraw from the tournament and face whatever punishment comes from the Kais. I won't let them kill you but you may be imprisoned even though Babadi was controlling you.

This one is much better than what was presented. Salagir really should have someone check out his idea before posting it. If Salagir changes the scene, I doubt it'll change the manga.

He nearly went ballistic when he was not listened to and then Gohan's words about how he would never allow his dad to mess up the tournament knowing U16 Pan would never get revived. Like father like daughter except she seems to have more power and less control than her dad does. Remember when someone sent a hit man to kill his friends and he was ready to go on a kill spree till he found the perp responsible.

Okay, new topic. I'll even swallow my cynicism.

I suspect the bleed out will be a major problem, and assuming that we're FINALLY out of senzus, I suspect she'll do her crystalline jutsu on her leg as a makeshift tourniquet (is tournequet a proper term if it merely encases the leg, instead of squeezing it to cut off the bleeding?).

This'll probably give enough of a window for Gohan's plan to work, no?

Everyone arguing with the "no-pacing issue"-issue. Let's just forget about it being free and quality. Yes, yes, we all know that, and it's great. But we've been over this years ago. People don't need to be reminded every time they don't agree with you about something.
There is NO POINT in using DBZ (either the manga or anime) to compare how long sagas and fights are, because the - and pay attention, because this is the important bit - PLATFORM IS ENTIRELY DIFFERENT WITH ENTIRELY DIFFERENT SET OF RULES. Here's an example so you understand: In the Lord of the Rings books Tolkien spends a gazillion pages describing the shade of green of one bush our heroes walk past once in their journey. Fine, great, they are long books, they have all the time in the world to do that. But who do you think would watch the same story in, say, a netflix show, only to tune in and watch the same bush for a few episodes in a row? Because the format, the platform is different, the pacing needs to be different to keep the audience interested. So, on that note, when you throw something out there, in front of an audience (SHhh-SHHH-SSHH, I KNOW IT'S FREE, STOP IT!), you SHOULD consider what your platform is, and compose your storytelling elements to fit its rules. In our case, an online manga with 2-3 pages a week. No matter how you look at it, the fact that ÜberBra appeared more than a year ago, and we've been watching nothing but her chopping down everyone one by one is just poor pacing. I am sorry, but it is. Even if we'd have the same situation with Vegetto (just to calm those handful of Bra symphatisers down), the pacing issue, and us sighing would be same.
