Como a história passa-se uns dias antes da "saga correspondente" do universo 18 (DBZ), o transporte para o planeta do Yakon é diferente. Ele está no mesmo sítio mas a Merkit andava por lá naquele dia, e uns dias mais tarde estava noutro sítio (a cantar karaoke com amigos, segundo algumas fontes).
É por isso que o Goku e os seus amigos não a encontraram.
