Why is Gast after 10 years not well above a normal Perfect Cell? And this is even a weaker one!

Why are you comparing this Cell to the original?

The original was made in a lab on auto-pilot. Awoken significantly weaker then the androids (absorbed all life he could find in the future, then drank a city and was still weaker then Piccolo).

He didn't become a true threat until after his multiple city drinking binge which pushed his power above the androids and then significantly higher after absorbing the 2 androids

This version has effectively limitless people smoothies available thanks to conquering the world (which again, drastically increased his original power) and dozens of potential androids to absorb (Gero designed the original to "fuse" with #17 and #18, he could design this one to do the same with 10 androids).

Actually Asura didn't draw Cell vs Dabura and Vegetto vs Broly, that was drawn Gogeta Jr. before he retired and Asura took his place (though I think other artists might have filled in between for a bit).
