The tale of a beast against the Gods of old,
An in­sa­tia­ble hunger of times for­got­ten
The De­vou­rer of Matter, a scion fo­re­told

In these times long bygone, his shadows de­vou­red
Many worlds and peoples, lost and plun­de­red
Ruins and fear, for those were his empire
Of which re­mai­ned but an image so dire
