Yep, gotta be this. Mass Produced absorption types. We already know infinite energy types are superior to absorption models by a wide margin and they probably didn’t get as much attention as even 19. So I’d imagine these androids are between Freeza and 19.

It’s red hair like Captain Chicken has in the anime/ manga and it’s his exact hairstyle. The hair is most likely part of the mask and covering Gohan’s actual hair.

I suppose it would depend how many kilotons or megatons and if it was Fission (splitting atom) or Fusion (combining atoms). I feel like a significant enough fusion one might hurt or kill Frieza since its basically harnessing the heat and energy of a Star for a moment and I don't think Frieza has show anything to suggest he can withstand those temperatures

A severely weakened and injured Freeza (also unconscious btw) tanked the explosion of Namek. A nuke isn’t doing anything to him. Freeza is one of the people in the series who has consistently shown insane durability feats. The real question is why they decided to use a nuke of all things as a distraction. Especially since a lot of their resistance force was still in the area. Unless Ghast used some mass teleportation on them. Even then the humans won’t be able to enter that area safely for a while.

I don’t think it’s his teleportation that does it. More like he can just regenerate normally. If we take the fact that his body shattered when Pikkon insulted him in movie 12 and then him being shown a few frames later good as new as him regenerating that is. Does cheering Gast on and Inadvertently revealing Janemba’s weakness count as Gast cheating though? I think the Vargas would have to debate that.

Sure, but the thing is that if Gast's "your power turn off" only works on people who are "alive" then the people he gets his ass kicked by increases tremendously even with his "STOP" bullshit.
Naturally this means that Fusion Reborn Gogeta would pulverize Gast with no difficulty due to being dead. It also means hilariously that Gast might just be killed by pretty much every single one of the GT Villains (General Rilldo is a machine, so not alive. Baby is a Machine Mutant, artificial android life, so not alive, Super 17 is debatable, but being an Android I'd say he'd be immune, and naturally the Shadow Dragons are all similar to Janemba here, not being truly alive either.)

Well yeah, if you can nullify his magical powers or overpower them then you’ll have an easier time winning. GT villains would be able to beat over him just by being vastly stronger. They would overpower his magic with sheer force. Since he doesn’t have a “f off to a different dimension” spell like XXI (at least not that he’s shown). Base GT Goku is stated in an official guide book to be super saiyan 3 Buu saga Goku level in base form and General Rildo forced him to go Super Saiyan (And SSJ2 briefly). So General Rildo would neg diff 99% of the people in this tournament.
So that isn’t really an insult to Gast. He’s just more of a tactical fighter than straight up brawler and once you eliminate his options he’s vastly easier to deal with, but that’s goes for any fighter. He has bad match ups just like every other character. 1 Replie(s)

People actually seem to be enjoying the tournament now. Too bad that universe with the potato sack wearing saiyans decided to leave. I know they were outclassed by a large margin, but they could’ve learned a lot strength and character wise.

Vegito you gotta calm down bud. You’re a fusion of the two dudes. Anything they can do you can do as well. Like everyone is motivated to better themselves and learn the new form. And Vegito is just complaining as usual. Being fused for so long turned them into a man-child.
Tbf Vegito is his own person, as are all fusions just not in the sense that they’re “dead” or don’t exist. They’re a new person but do inherit traits from each of their fusees like you said. I think DBM Vegito has just gotten brain rot from being fused so long. He’s spoiled you could say. He’s like milk that’s sat in the fridge too long. He’s a chunky, smelly version of his true self. He’s become this thing that doesn’t even see Goku and Vegeta as parts of him. He sees them and everyone else as lessers because he’s lost sight of everything his two half’s learned and passed down to him. He forgot Master Roshi’s lesson that there is always someone greater and to strive not only to be better in body, but in mind. And then.. sigh... Vegetto. I maintain this makes zero sense. He, of everyone there, should feel happy and excited about this; a new form he can aim for, something to release him from his boredom. If Vegeta and Goku reached it, surely he could too. I understand he's irritated about the lack of food and being cheesed out of the tournament, but damn. This... is a direction I dont really agree with from a logical point of view.
DBM (saligaar) comes from this corrupted view that Vegito is his own person, and that Goku and Vegeta of Universe 16 are not just dead... but essentially erased from existence. Obviously that gives them the uncessarcy liberty to write Vegito way off course.
I've always said... Vegito is literally JUST Son Goku and Vegeta... combined. They're not dead... they're right there... just in the (permnant) form of "Vegito" now. Despite DBM's canon, thats still how I look at Vegito. The fused form of Goku and Vegeta.
And with this scene... I think a Vegito's real reaction would have been a combination of Goku and Vegeta. Goku's happiness for their sucess and inspiration with his counterpart & Vegeta to get better, but with Vegeta's pride that they achieved a form he could did not reach 1st.
Thus probably like a grinning "Hmph" smile with arms crossed.

Finally some progress in the fight. It seems even vegeta was getting bored of the repetetive mirror attack panels and became complacent. Goku prayed upon this complacency and broke his wrist! However I still wanna know how they have enough energy to stay in this transformation!!!!
This form has barely any energy consumption. It’s like Gohan’s ultimate form where it’s basically a base form. So it’s like they’re fighting in base form right now in terms of energy consumption. Although it seems they are nearing their limit as everyone can keep up with their fighting now.

I think that using the finished-in-0.5s thing is very effective to stress the speed. Otherwise, showing the full fight and then trying to stress the speed, would not create enough of an impact for us to understand Vegeto's subsequent madness -- if that was the purpose.
I’m not even sure why he cares. He should know those two better than anyone and know they wouldn’t stop finding ways to improve. This should motivate him to start training again and learn some new techniques and maybe learn how to use this pseudo ultimate form for himself. They haven’t even surpassed him yet. Just closed the gap a bit. This would serve as inspiration for a saiyan warrior not a reason for them to get all pissy.

People can like something and still point out things they didn’t like about it. They don’t have to enjoy it “100%” just because you are. Also just because someone writing a story doesn’t mean they know better than everyone else. Reviewers and critics are a thing for a reason.

You seem to misunderstand. Before, fights happened within seconds (as evidenced in dragonball with krillin and roshi explaining their figth). But despite that we never, as the audience, actually saw it happen in the blink of an eye. We've always somehow followed the battle through the eyes of spectators, or the fighters themselves in a way.
This might mean that nobody present was able to follow what just happened except the two fighters themselves. I really want to see the U16 reaction to this now!

I have a feeling this fight will end in a double knockout or something. Goku and Vegeta have done well to make it this far (most of their opponents were leagues below them, but still) if one of them does go on then they’ll lose horribly in their next match. Only the heavy hitters are left in the tournament. Fighters with not only high power levels, but also insane magical capabilities and who won’t give them the time to tap into their Ultimate forms.

I know you’re joking, but that was one of the worst things about GT. Vegeta throwing away his pride and having Bulma make him a machine so he can get stronger. Goku and Vegeta hate hand outs and prefer to get their power ups through training. That’s even shown in this Fan comic with Buu choosing not to give them power ups because he knows how they are.

Yeah almost exactly like Mastered Super Saiyan which was quite literally all about removing the strain from the body. Which is why it makes no sense here for all this to be a thing. Some people think Mastered gives a boost to power, and other people think that it removes all the strain from the body the normal transformation causes to the body. But I guess in this fancomic it just doesn't do anything at all. I bet Goku felt silly spending those months training up to it.

Yeah almost exactly like Mastered Super Saiyan which was quite literally all about removing the strain from the body. Which is why it makes no sense here for all this to be a thing. Some people think Mastered gives a boost to power, and other people think that it removes all the strain from the body the normal transformation causes to the body. But I guess in this fancomic it just doesn't do anything at all. I bet Goku felt silly spending those months training up to it.

I agree that they should’ve been able to master the other super saiyan forms the same as Goku did for level 1 without having to invent this pseudo ultimate form, but to be fair this was kind of hinted at in the Pan special when Vegeta said Gohan was the strongest without even having to transform. And you can make the argument they wanted save the form for when they fought each other or someone really tough and most of their opponents have been fodder besides Cell and Uub.

Yeah it’s exactly like the perfected blue except they don’t fully transform. Basically like Ultimate Ben 10K from Ben 10. He can use the powers of his aliens without actually turning into them.
