58 years is actually quite short in DBM world. Even a Saiyan, like Raditz, even after 58 years of extremely hard training is hard to reach even SSJ3. Not to mention the level beyond Ultimate Gohan.

Anyone (except fused warriors or hybrid) with 58 years of training can reach Juan’s level can be called as super gifted in DBM’s world.

And for ZenBuu, he didn’t consider the possibility of he wouldn’t have the chance to witness the end of Uub’s training and reverse his age.

In DBM’s settings, Raditz is the lowest level of Saiyan with lowest potential.

Right now, his power while going beyond his maximum potential is at best SSJ2 kid Gohan level.

In the other words, Raditz cannot even achieve SSJ2 no matter how hard he trains.

It was quite obvious already during the imaginary fight between ultimate Radito and U13 SSJ3 Vegeta. Two weakest SSJ2 fused together are barely stronger than SSJ3 U13 Vegeta who is the Weakest SSJ3.
