Maybe it "evened out" after they fused? So they just sort of ending up middle aged instead of old. Namekians live a long time after all. Piccolo didn't get older when he fused with Kami, but piccolo was also the base so maybe that's why it didn't make him old. There's only like 3 instances of namekian fusion in all of DB so it's really just kind of a guessing game.

Shenron can't alter or effect someone's body that is stronger than the creator of the DBs unless the person being wished on consents to it (See shrenron being unable to warp goku back to earth after namek as he didn't want to go back yet.), and even then there are limits to what the dragon can do. It can't un android people for example.

The real big brain play would be to have a stupidly overpowered 1000+ namekian fusion like gast, but have the base be a dragon clan member that can produce dragon balls and offpsring. Then you very well could "wish away" what you want I imagine.

Weaker? Kami could have pulverized Goku and Kakarotto as well. Tao also beat Goku a bit more easily during the first fight. Goku surpassed Kami eventually due to training and U13 Kakarotto surpassed Kami due to Zenkais and immortality. Even if she was decently strong for a child she didn't really have a chance against Kami. Kami is totally a job for Raditz.

Seems strange that a fan made story must restrain itself to only established characters. Even then, you seem to forget that XXI is not a new character. Salagir: Stop with kaioken. There was kaioken, and then there was Super Saiyan, and for Gohan he now been granted Mystic, he at his maximum plus more. Kaioken cannot pass that.

Well whatever then I guess... everyone can get weird power ups because they make sense to Saligir, but even after 10 years Goku needs to stay the same. In the original manga no one ever said why Goku stopped using Kaioken. the real reason is probably about how SSJ whatever level it is, is easier to draw for Toriyama. The logical reason would be that the body could not withstand such power boost.
Now after 10 whole years, we know there isn't going to be a SSJ4 because that would be weird. So in order to get stronger he would have to start trying to put Kaioken on SSJ forms or train SSJ3 to full extent and without losing it. Otherwise Goku has only been practicing how to throw punchs better.
Dragon Ball Super is not used here I know. But it gives us a Toriyama view of how Goku would continue to powerup even without Gods. It was Toriyama who made the decision of putting Kaioken on a SSJ.
I'm not crying to please put Kaioken in SSJ, I'm not trying to make DBM different with my comments. I'm just a fan sharing with the community how I see it.

I actually don't think Toriyama ever made the decision to give SSBlue the Kaioken. I mean we never see it in the manga. The manga is drawn by Toyotarou and the anime is drawn by Toei. Toriyama just does the story boards iirc. So Toei is the one who decided to bring back the Kaioken. Either way you never see it in conjunction with SSJ for a reason. Goku doesn't need a new transformation to be stronger, he doesn't have to get some new gimmick either.
