That's not filler. Bra vs Ghast was underwelming, but... sometimes you don't know what to do with characters, and Salagir found a way out that was as acceptable as it was ingenious. This is not a tv show, it's a manga, and what might seem slow now will probably be irrelevant (or actually building up tension) in the grand scheme of things.

Salagir is giving us the battle, you are actually looking at a Goku vs Vegeta battle and neither is restraining himself, corrupted, or using power-ups. It's actually convincing that both managed to master this SSJ 0 state.

With all those comments in the last years that little focus is being given to U18... this is it! Asura's at his best, you can tell how he has gloriously improved from his early work here, and these pages surpass a lot of Toriyama's work, imho. I do. I'm betting Uub will win this thing (if there is a winner at all, of course).
