I immediately recognized I’k’l’s power. This time, I was prepared.

This power doesn’t stop time. It stops life. Inanimate objects are still subject to gravity, and androids are not affected.

The first two times, during a brief instant, I felt a change in the nature of the particles surrounding us.

I found a way to counter the change. I was able to protect myself.
