You can keep namedropping SF concepts and pretend the DBZ universe is complex with all these wars and politics, all day long, that's still not convincing in the slightest. Stuff like Dragon Ball Kakumei did radically change the universe tone and all but it did in a convincing manner, through artstyle and plot, it didn't just drop some lines here and there about offscreen politics.
And the Kaioshin's argument really doesn't make much sense. They're not Gods with a capital G, they're just "gods", aka superpowered individuals with the same consciousness as everyone else, maybe with more powers or a different job, but this whole argument about chaos is a lot of bullshit and would never fly in DBZ.
You must be fun at parties. You have no way to know SF stuff wouldn't fly in DBZ. Toriyama already made one-lined lore expansion in the past. it doesn't need to have any significance to the main plot.
