Pan can beat at least the Ginyu force, except for the Captain I think. She flew around the earth multiple times at that age.

A few pages ago, Salagir said that Pan is stronger than Tenshinhan. And Tenshinhan is stonger than Captian Ginyu, so he is certenly stronger than Bardock. Conclusion: Pan is stonger than Bardock.

We all know how strong Pan is, but do we really know how strong Bardock is? The guy is old and has a lot of expierence. Who knows what surprizes he has under his sleeve...

I doubt Pan is strong enough to beat an Oozaru.

I think Pan probably is strong enough to beat an Oozaru. The real question is 'does Baddack have enough tricks up his sleeve to make this interesting?' We've all seen cheap techniques like the Taiyoken/Solar Flare in Dragonball and DBZ, so we know that there's more than just direct combat attacks in DBZ...

Oh...I did not notice I missed the "h", it was "thrice"... that's why the paragraph did not make sense. What I said was "Bardock is stronger than Nappa". I did not mean to say Pan would lose. Pan has a greater chance to win actually, because of the following reasons:

1. title of this chapter
2. Bardock experience less "near-deaths" in Universe 10, power may be less than 10000
3. Pan is now 14 years old, rather than 4 (at the end of DBZ). With these years of training with Goku, it is hard to believe she can't even reach 10000
4. If she is that weak, Goku and Gohan who know well the enemies' ability would not let Pan to enter the tournament. (or make she forfeit) They won't want to see her die (even though she will revive if there is no accident), would they?

well we can't argue with the breaking of the 4th wall, it occurs every five minuite's in the Goku's World (that short OVA thing where goku punches cell in the face and cell runs off, yes you all read that right)

It may have been mentioned more in the Japanese version, but this is supposed to be in english, right? Then it's supposed to be BARDOCK!

Well, elongated 'aa' sounds are typically rendered 'rs', which is why one of the spellings is 'Bardock'.

As for Vegeta vs. Gotenks... I think it's entirely possible that Vegeta might not have the ability to go to SSJ3, but then he may not need to in order to beat an SSJ3 Gotenks. He'd just need to be a really powerful SSJ2, that for some reason hadn't learned how to go on to the next stage of super saiyan (give whatever excuse you want here).

Honestly, I'm half and half on Vegeta going SSJ3. On the one hand, it'd be nice to have him on a relatively level playing field with U18 Goku even though SSJ3 is only useful in short bursts (i.e. we'd see them fighting as SSJ2 for most of a head-to-head fight anyway, because SSJ3 is too draining to use for the entire fight, obviously). On the other hand, I'm not sure you could draw an SSJ3 Vegeta that doesn't look silly, which is probably why Toei animation never attempted it in GT and just used a Deus Ex Machina to skip him straight to SSJ4.

But hey, if you can make Vegeta look cool as a level 3 SSJ, then by all means, provide us with a spectacular Goku/Vegeta rematch whenever the story gets around to it.

@ Faust- The saiyan asking if King Vegeta has awaken is something that commonly happens in speach. Look-up Bill Engval for more.

@ Super Saiyan X- You'll notice that Goku is reffered to as Son Goku in this commic as well. They don't have to stick to the american names as long as we the readers know who it is... and as long as it's a real name for the character.

@ Dood- I think Super Saiyan 3 Vegeta would be easy to make look good. All you need to do is remove his eyebrows and make his hair a lot longer. It might even look cool.

Who's "BADDACK"?

"Baddack" is the Japanese name for "Bardock", Goku's father.

I don't get this glorification of universe 10 Bardock. This is not the same Bardock as in the movie, this is the rough Bardock that didn't get a change of heart and stronger abilities since there was no Freezer around and no need to improve past his abilities. This Bardock has to be weaker and less strong willed than the Bardock we know of, since he has nothing to point his abitions towards other than his pure saiyan heritage. And if pure saiyan heritage is enough to get as strong as Bardock did, I'm surprised that there were weaker saiyans like Raditz.

Why, it's simple. There are just more poeple who like Bardock, than those who like Pan, and just because of that "Bardock must win!!!!111" :P

nappa - bardock has no chance. these saiyans never got frieza's tech or employment that U18 and U13 saiyans got. so that puts him less than goku at the beginning of z. pan has been training with U18 goku and uub. now tell me who wins?

Goku's and Raditz father Bardock has same eye color Raditz has it and He's Hair style like Goku's and Thier father it looks like Goku.
