Sorry for missing your comment on the previous page. Yeah, nuclear option would fit given even after all these years shes still THAT weak minded for Babidi. The tournament cant go on forever. Even the Super manga is actually going places now (T_T).

Given Toriyama is writing again, power levels in DBM are... unique it seems. Even for an overkill ss2 Vegito, it didnt even damage her. No im not saying he needs to be Toriyama with his power levels, however consistency is always hard when a websimic spans this long. Or a hint that Bra is just a super sayian god somehow =/.
Sadly this is a bit confusing. Meant to say this to @Lt. Senzu Bean also, but if she felt bad in her fight vs Buu (I forget the panel) but her flashback chooses to only remember getting threatened (after lol'ing at her cool-kid star system masaacre)?
Which is weird as shes been shown to forget her outburts as shown in her younger years....however as shes shown regret when vs Buu and hurting Gohan, meaning she remembers the truth or worse, she busted more planets (would love more art like this, so moar Bra genocides plz) or....did she forget that forgets her outbursts?
Either way, we have 2-3 more pages. Curious if the use the dragonballs are rejected to show Vegito as a "bad dad". If so thats cool too, but as long as the reasoning is sound.

Please elect Ashanark as writer for DBM for 2020-2025! Very well written breakdown and image evidence. At this point I definitely agree its an issue if characterization and consistency. It happens, hoping it comes around to make sense in a non BS sort of hand wave attempt. Will be interesting to see where Sal takes this.
Heck. Just send her down a God of Destruction path. Given this comic started before that was really a thing, would be neat to see her reaction to an Angel offering her the power.

Fuck yeah Bra massacres! A genuine redemption arc, or embrace of madness arc on should be genuine. God of Destruction candidate?
ART:
Awwww, look how happy she looks knowingly killing billions, destroying their home star, and consequently other bystander planets via supernovae....LOVE IT! Given the deadlines and other madness IRL, not going into minor nitpicks on the details. Overall the flow of it comes together.

Story:
Happy there was no deus ex machina to stop her rampage. Interesting to see a planet buster scene on a populated world, so theres ACTUAL moral consideration of actions. If the system has other populated worlds, hitting the sun is going to turn this from a few billion dead, to tens of billions dead x,D. I just hope the outcome of all this isnt just: "Oh no, anyway!"

From here, It'd be nice there really needs to be a GENUINE redemption/or/expansion arc of Bra. Her character seems on a plateau of: "Bad Bra, bad!"+finger wave+Dragon balls=all is well. Its fun watching her being a literal monster, but thats the easy of her story. Writing an arc of GENUINE learning/improvement isnt just a spa episode.
If shes going to be redeemed, Bra needs a redemption arc that works for her. She can remain arrogant and cocky, however, she needs to understand true suffering.....from a different perspective lol. Let her see first hand the actual consequences of her actions and someohow connect with survivors, lose power temporarily over an area she devastated. No matter the path of redemption, it should feel genuine for the reader.
HOWEVER, if shes going to remain this way, fuck it, EXPAND upon it. Imagine, a lengthy battle takes place the heroes cant win. She transmissions in, and vaporizes the "baddy" along with hemisphere. "If you wont kill the villian, I will. Im here to kill bad guys, not save lives." Pretty much embracing herself as the nuclear option if she is to get involved. Ooooooor she becomes a God of Destruction. She has the qualifications.

Super new here! Finding the saga of Mary S- ... Bra to be interesting to say the least. Is there a death toll per character on the wiki by chance?
Some folks suggested this is the flashback to her Talk No Jutsu scene. If so, I have 2 questions:
1) If this isn't a flashback and she just went about her day after killing a stadium and Gohan.....WTF?!
2) If this IS a flashback and she she just went about her day after killing billions...WTF?!
Might explain why she was easy to control and impure of heart. Going to wait to pass judgment until the blast lands somewhere. However, Im curious if his comment is actually a "Cherkov's gun" trope setup for this arc. 1 Replie(s)

Power levels < character growth. Any shonen can hamfist PLs and fight scenes.
Executive summary:
Getting hit and saying sorry isn't character growth. After all this, shes was still open to Babidi's control, this destructive nature isn't a bug. Its a feature.
I may lose my #TeamBra status, but I just dont want her to stay in this loop forever.
If they do rez this genocise, she may see life as a disposable/revivable triviality.
If they dont rez, then theres the weight of loss of life.
Either way, hoping she starts to find her place rather than the wrist-slapped "aren't I such a tragic character?" At this point, what are they gonna do? Kill her off?
