We already know that SS3 Gotenks is strong enough where doubling his power with Buus fusion technique puts him sligjtly above SS1 Vegetto, that Gotenks is made up of fighters who are probably 2-3x weaker than Cell Games Gohan

A full year training in the afterlife and Fatbuutenks would be well above SS Vegetto who was even with initial Broly
They already said it doesn't matter if your stronger then Broly you can't damage him Buu said it himself in the actual chapter that he was stronger then Broly
Also I don't think Z Buu was stronger then SSJ Vegito I think of it as Buuhan if he absorbed Goku and Vegeta
