Just want to put this little tidbit out there, but for those who think it is over because they said half a second before the end of the fight doesn't mean the fight is decided after all a lot can happen in a dbz, dbs, dbgt (and yes I know gt isn't that popular but it still counts for this notion and that is literally the only reason I am including it), and yes dbm as well style fights within half a second. I mean heck just look how how many episodes the 5 minute fight between Goku and freeza on namek was. You know they are way stronger and faster than back then.
