Okay, so Gast is at a distinct disadvantage here in terms of power. I think this may be one of those occasions where if he knows any magic at this point in time, he'll need to use it if he wants to win.

Also noticed that Cell hasn't really be in focus here. Is it the spots? Can't say I blame Bunga if true since they're painful and tedious to draw on a frequent basis.

I'm confused at these motivations. Is Namek destroyed in U13? Is it destroyed/exist in XXI's universe? If it's as simple as asking the dragon for the ability to travel the universes, surely XXI can find a spell or whatnot to revive a dragon clan Namek. Then just make a wish from the safety of his own universe? Same as the Saiyan's. They're clearly strong enough to make the Namekians do it, as they did in Z at Vegeta's level. Idk man, goals seem lofty.
