Poran, my dragon…

He’s not available. I lost most of my Dragon Balls in the explosion.

Also, my dragon has limited powers. To start off with, he was created by a much weaker Namekian, but above all, he’s not from Universe 1.

Only beings from Universe 1 have the power to travel. That’s why we waited for “the winner’s” Dragon to formulate our wish.
