It's apparently the signature move of the main character of Legend of Heavenly Sphere Shurato. However, I haven't seen the series, and I wasn't able to locate any images or videos of Shurato actually using it.

It's a reference to Dragon Ball. In the first story arc, after forcing Oolong to join the group, Bulma feeds him a candy that gives him diarrhea whenever she makes a certain noise so that she can punish him whenever he refuses to yield to her demands. A red glove. The only Dragon Ball character I can think of with red gloves is Lord Slug, and those are usually portrayed as orange. Although Janemba does have red hands. But this comic tends to lean for being as screwy as possible, so I'm going to guess Monaka.

My running theory has always been that the present androids flat out weren't stronger than the future androids. The present androids just weren't holding back.

We know that the androids' ki cannot be sensed (except for Cell), making it impossible to tell how strong they are by sensing their ki. We also know from the future trunks flashback chapter that 17 was holding back against Gohan in their fights. In the manga, Gohan trained until he was strong enough to defeat what he thought was 17's upper limit, only for 17 to reveal he'd only been fighting at half strength the whole time. There's no reason to believe they weren't doing the same thing to Trunks.

Logically, with Vegeta as beat to shit as he is, Kakarot in possession of super saiyan 2 and immortality, and Raditz now augmented to an unclear degree, the two of them should have a chance. But it would be a struggle that could go either way, not a one-sided stomp, and the chapter doesn't have enough pages left to properly convey that. As such, I'm expecting the fight to be skipped entirely, with the next page cutting to Raditz and Kakarot's heads on pikes, as that is both less satisfying than them managing to overcome Vegeta and a cheap joke playing off the last panel of this page.

And then hopefully the page after that will be Elder Kai ending his divination with the realization that this plan isn't going to work and that he needs to come up with something better. ...Or the Elder Kai waking up, having fallen asleep mid-ritual.

Yes. Katchin was introduced as the hardest metal in the universe in Dragon Ball Z. An even harder alloy, Kachi Katchin, was introduced in Super, with the justification that it was introduced in a different universe.

Well, yeah. That's the key to Yamcha pulling off a victory: nobody can ever believe he did it. I'k'l killed Vegetto, arguably the strongest person present, in a single blow, while Yamcha lost in his first round. All the witnesses are unconscious. Nobody will ever believe this one.

I don't know if this is a ploy, but Yamcha likely isn't dead. Even ignoring the power difference between them, he's his universe's #17, and #17 has a barrier.

Except Goku vs. Baby Vegeta happened decades ago and isn't canon anymore anyway, Commeson Vegeta wasn't actually Vegeta, Goku Black wasn't actually Goku, and the Goku vs. Vegeta fight in Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero was riddled with rules where neither could use their full power and we cut away from the vast majority of the fight anyway.

Calling it now. Vegeta fails to dodge, but takes a wound that isn't instantly lethal, then kills Goku when he lets his guard down, before also dying. This takes both of them out just in time for the next bit of tournament fuckery, this time from Vegetto.

Considering how small Goku made that beam, Vegeta should be able to avoid it by leaning to the side. Assuming he manages to react at all.
