Based on Bardock's speech how he was only a king for saving their species, the Saiyans, and basing that he isn't a King yet due to how primitive he looks. Also how Paragos looked in a previous comic when the Kaioshins came to take out Broly. I feel this came around the same time (same Kaioshin and all).
Broly and Goku were born the same day. At that time the saiyans were well established as Freezer's henchmen, which means that Vegeta Sr. must have killed the Tsufuls a while ago from when Broly was born. So in U1 and U10 the Kaioshins have to appeat twice: the first time to stopp Vegeta from killing the Tsufuls and the second time many years later to kill baby Broly. (And also one time to kill all the frost demons)

Good point, so Vegeta's group got beaten here... but they remained alive, the Kaioshins simply gave him a lesson, otherwise I doubt the Saiyans of Universe 10 would have been at the tournament. Especially the Vegetas. Then later on the Kaioshins returned and took out Broly, perhaps even just Broly and ignored everyone else. But we do know Kakarot died from what Bardock of U10 said. Hmm... So there might still have been Tsufuls on their planet too, unless at some point they went against what the Kaioshins told them and still took out the Tsufuls. That'd also mean that the Saiyans of Universe 10 do have a chance to get off their planet thanks to living near an advanced race.
