The problem with level 3…

The problem with every Super Saiyan trans­for­ma­tion ac­tu­al­ly. It’s that they give off so much pow­er­ful energy, it over­flows.

It leaks from every pore, cre­at­ing a de­struc­tive aura. It elec­tri­fies the body, heats the cells, boils the hair, swells the muscles, burdens the mind. Light, wind, elec­tric­i­ty, phys­i­cal trans­for­ma­tions, they’re just the sec­ondary effects, which di­min­ish our life ex­pectan­cy.

The old Kaioshin removed all that from Gohan.

We who train our bodies every day…

…it would be absurd if we didn’t manage to master our phys­i­cal bodies, and remain slaves to its de­faults.
