Chi-Chi is stronger and more skilled than Videl, and the only thing she knows that Chi-Chi doesn't is flying, Chi-Chi had a power level of 130 in the tournament against Goku, but over the years we can say that she has weakened, although she did train Goten, and taught him how to fight, so we can say that she has maintained some power, and we can put her at power level 100, while for Videl we don't know her power level but she is not higher than Chi-Chi, but we will give her power level between 50 and 80. My only thing here is that if all of these Namekians were to fuse, wouldn’t the result be incredibly OP? Like ATLEAST Frieza second form? If piccolo and nail had that profound of a boost I could only imagine how strong a fusion of a few dozen Nameks (can’t really tell, is this the entirety of the adult population or just a handful?), half of them having a good amount of battle experience would be.

I've always wondered about this self destruct technique. Like, how do you learn this? Does someone teach it? Also how do you know it works if the teacher doesn't just explode when demonstrating this? Is it just something you learn eventually because one time you almost suicided yourself from powering up too much? And if that's the case, what even is powering up? It's so confusing to me

Probably comparable. I don't think the young nameks that were around 3000 were warrior type namekians. They were just stronger than the geezer and children because they were fighting age and fit. Dende said to Krillin Nail is the only warrior typ on namek iirc. Depends if these Namekians are already the warrior types that Dende talks about or some kind of predecessor. They haven't trained as warriors for that long all things considered. I guess Helix and his veterans are stronger than the newer members, but still not as strong as Nail who probably trained all his life.

Okay, let's take it otherwise: Gohan. It has been said time and time again in the original work, Gohan's potential is the highest out of all the Z-fighters. He is a half-saiyan, and presented by Vegeta and others like an anomaly with infinite potential, even more than other saiyans. And the Old Kaïoshin increased his strength to his absolute maximum and above, even bypassing Super Saiyan transformations. That is, Gohan is at the peak that he could have ever reached by training all his life and pushing Super Saiyan to its maximum. So that's it. Without magic, Gohan's strength is just the unbreakable ceiling that can't be broken, whatever the transformation or training. Goku and Vegeta could approach it, they could even beat Gohan in a one-on-one fight by using better combat expertise and better techniques, but they will never go beyond him in terms of pure raw power. For that, they would need some magical help. Like fusion, of course (Gotenks, Vegetto, U16 Bra), becoming Mystic themselves (like we might see Raditz become), or getting some help from Buu (I'd like to see Goku in a SSJ3 Oozaru form). And that's not even counting Salagir's philosophy of "a SSJ2 can't beat a SSJ3", I'm only basing myself on the original Dragon Ball here.
