This is why She ron is a better dragon than Porunga, he can tell if a wish is good or bad and always tries to increase he benefit from good wishes and lower the harm from bad ones. Like when he warned Bulma and the rest about reviving Krillin without bringing his soul to the earth or when he gave some underwear to Ulon instead of changin Bulma's heart, and although super is not canon here, when he recived Freezer he just brought him back in pieces instead of in his full form (like he did with Krillin).
Here he also rejuvenated his evil part, because he knew him alone would not be enough

I think it is a little late to portrait cold blooded women when we already saw a lot of them in the tournament, I think Kat's comment would have had more impact if we knew they lived in a fair society where everyone deserved a trial

I never really enjoyed Bojack winning, it was the only bad outcome I disliked, I hope he really gets what he deserves, just like Babidi did

I really enjoyed this match, despite being weaker, Vegeta always made Cell waste energy and tricked him to lower his guard to give a decisive blow, he also pretended not being able to reach SS3 to make others think he wasnt very powerful compared to his Goku, this shows a great character development. He also showed his characteristic cold blooded strategies and by defeating Cell with mind games showed everyone that he could be a great menace even if he isnt the strongest, and I think he only defeated Cell this way in order to fight Goku, it was like he was saying "I could beat you anytime I want, I only play by your rules because I aspire to be more powerfull than you in every way"

No sé si Pan tendría esa reacción, por un lado lo mostrado en DBZ nos dice que por lo menos le impresionaba el lado luchador de Goku, pero por otro, Gohan también creció como un niño normal que se asustaba por lo desconocido.
