Well... if this was an actual comic, the whole Babidi/Bra saga would have lasted only a few months. That's what I don't understand about people here, re-reading the whole comic its clear that the pacing is just as it was in DBZ. 12 pages a month here and most chapters in DBZ were only 12-15 pages. To compare, in the same amount of chapters DBM has done, DBZ hadn't even gone from Raditz to Frieza, yet DBM has been able to cram so much into their chapters. I'm not frustrated with you, or any of the other people in the comment section. It's good to debate and argue, even if it can get heated. I'm a mental health worker, and the caps for me was more of a sudden realization that she had not apologized. Her body language and words to me have sounded more based on the fear she has for her father, knowing he's coming with the belt. Many people come down from an escalated situation, and more often than not, they are extremely melancholy and remorseful. Bra, to me, seems to be sitting there and waiting for daddy to come home for her whooping. Though I suspect she wasn't expecting him to react the way he did, which is why she was giving him the puppy dog eyes and saying "Yes, it's all my fault". Though the moment Vegetto is no longer a threat, she rides on the words of others, even saying things like "Do you really think so low of me?" It's an extremely manipulative thing to say. She could have apologized then, but instead she challenged her fathers breaking point and everyone is giving her the moral highground for it.
I dunno. Legit, I have Covid, so I may be more irritable than usual, and I am feeling doped out of my mind with medicine head. Didn't mean to make anyone think I was angry at anything other than the writing.

She's shown how cruel she can be, despite repeated attempts from others teaching her restraint. Every time she has had a blackout, not with the majin, she's made her intentions clear. She wanted to become the most powerful god of all time. When she killed the Supreme Kai, she even states that she's number one, and that she did it all herself. Her intentions have made her true character well and clear.
Therapy only goes so far for the second most powerful being in the universe. She's been mentored for years, and has taken very little of it to heart. Only when she realized she was truly weak, and only became stronger due to an outside force, did she feel bad. Not for her actions, mind you.
The only way I feel she could be redeemed would be to give up her power.

Even in instances of brainwashing and drug induced mayhem, the person would still be punished. They would be sent to a treatment facility or arrested, regardless. Most of us are angry, because these past two pages have literally shown Vegetto as a crazed murderer, instead of a judge, and Bra is being literally held to a high pedestal because she broke free.
Again, she didn't break free because she realized it was wrong, or she killed her brother, but because her fear of being judged came crashing through her skull when U18 Bra pointed out all her weaknesses and realized she was right.

Many of us don't want her dead, but many of us want her be held responsible. There is no reason for her to have as much darkness as she had, being raised in such a loving, privledged family with the best mentors possible. She wanted to be #1, and let Babidi give her that boost. She gloats about it while stomping on the fat kai's head, but once U18 Bra mocks her and says she couldn't have done it without Babidi, only then did she come down. 1 Replie(s)

Everything on this page would have made sense if she hadn't-
1. Stated she's always had conflicting thoughts about protecting the worthless.
2. Got talked down because someone weaker dropped the mic on her.

I feel this moment is similar to Broly at the end of the 2018 movie, right before he gets the Gogeta Kamehameha. His pupils return and he's basically snapped back into reality. There's no saying if he would lose himself again. Mental illness tends to repeat itself. The only course of action would be to use the dragon balls to remove any Saiyan biology. She'd be a powerful human, but nowhere near the level of a hybrid. Even if she were to lose herself, she'd be containable.
Get her real help after this. Let her be a kid.

Gohan indeed had anger issues, but was that not because of his Saiyan biology? He was also... what? 5? He was kidnapped, beaten and forced to survive on the land just so he could be forced to fight people 10x his strength in an attempt to save the Earth... just so he could help his kidnapper take over the Earth. Even then he went to another planet, fighting people 1000x stronger than he was, basically doing guerilla warfare against a force that would instantly kill him. Witnessed countless loved ones tormented and murdered. He had repressed issues that he actively worked on and was trained (beaten) to learn to control or at least harness. He learned lessons and bettered himself and truly became in charge of his own life, even going as far as taking a passive role.

Bra lived a life of luxury, and was trained by loved ones who only wanted the best for her. Her anger is literally because she feels everyone is weaker than her and feels conflicted that it's her responsibility to make sure they're all safe, oh and her dad, after countless times telling her to control herself, said he'd kill her if she went insane. I don't know about you, but I would want someone I loved to take me down if I became a valid threat to the universe. Even if she took charge of her own life and walked away from it all, she's still got her head so far up her own ass that she wouldn't be able to control herself in an escalated situation without getting pissy. There is literally no reason for her to have a lack of control other than she's a shitty person and a spoiled brat. She only broke control because all her conflicting thoughts and the fear of being judged was trigger by U18 Bra. Vegeta killed people to fight Goku. He was not a good guy whatsoever at that point in the story. He was always the angry background anti-hero up until Kid Buu. He felt the remose for what he did and gave his life to try and set things right. Not a complete redemption, but he at least tried to do what was right at the end.
Bra killed people because she wanted to control herself in SSJ2. She was supposed to be a good character, but clearly has mental issues and no actual responsibility. She feels no remorse for the things she's done, like when she killed Goten. The only reason she broke the Majin was she was because she became self conscious again. "All my life I've had conscience issues, this fear of being judged... All those tiring and contradictory thoughts are gone!"
When the fear of being judged and contradictory thoughts came rushing back, only then did she stop. That's not a noble reason. Just because a killer is hurting someone and then they realize... "Oh... I don't want to get arrested and be seen by everyone I know... I never really wanted to kill these people, I just couldn't stop myself." and once they say this they turn a new leaf... they're still a serial killer! It doesn't absolve themselves just because they finally found their conscience.
Control or no, if she was able to break it because of her conscience issues and being judged... she's a weak fucking character.

This page feels like a New Years prank. With the way U18 Bra is smirking at Vegito saying U16 Bra is in "Perfect control" and "in charge of her own life!". As if she wasn't BEFORE?! Just because daddy had high expectations doesn't mean you can blame him for your issues.
To top if off... U16 Bra being all "You really think I let him do what I already said I let him do? Bro, what's wrong with you. How could you think so little of me..."

If they would have treated as Vegito calming down and Gast taking her power away, with them all coming to terms in some sort of therapeutic way then it could have worked. It would have been the first step to recovering, but this is just annoying. She still has mental issues, and just because she broke out of Babidi's control doesn't mean she's in complete control of herself. She's very much a dangerous threat. The best thing for her would to be stripped of her power, and allowed to live as a child should. They're treating this sudden control of SSJ2 as a good thing that must mean she can be trusted again. It's low. About as low as it could possibly go. Granted, he is jumping the gun, but they cannot seriously expect Bra to be able to be in complete control of herself. Mental issues do not just go away.

I'm sure Vegetto is going to go apeshit, if just for the fact he is being humiliated and forced to his hands and knees. I doubt he's ever had a true moment of humility in front of anyone, let alone his family as they berate him.

I love how everyone went from hating the comic the last few pages to loving it with this.
It's good and all to discuss and talk, but people bitch so much. Looking back to the beginning of the Majin Bra comics, people were already saying things like "FINALLY CELL IS GONNA KILL BRA OMG TIME TO MOVE ON!" but when you read it from beginning to end, it's a proper story.

I hope she loses the Majin status right before Gohan rages a Kamehameha through her face. All that realization and fear of being judged is going to cause her to break and freak out in tears.
