So the first time Vegeta was slammed into the ground it was a bigger impact than the second time? Seems like the final blow should have made a bigger dent than the first one. I know it's done for the visual of the "hole within a hole" gimmick - and it does look great - but if you think about it the first crater should have been swallowed up by the second one.

I know it's non Canon but Super Dragonball Heroes Anime Goku is Stronger than That Goku and Also trained with the Grand Priest unlike Dbs Goku to master his Ultra Instinct Omen so It's possible he would be way more Powerful than Dbs Movie Goku due to better mastery of Ultra Instinct Omen.

I know dbs isn't Canon to this comic but I think Orange Piccolo who is Piccolo at his Ultimate Potential Could probably follow their Movements

Toriyama should have either clarified what exactly that was, or indeed made it a new transformation entirely. Sure the idea was that they were limiting the amount of energy they wasted but effectively it seemed like they just got stronger.
Either way this is more involved than grade 4, and follows naturally after SSJ3.
