Ito na ang katapusan para kay Freeza!
Ipinaliwanag ni Baddack na ang lahat ng tao ay dapat magtipon sa kapitolyo upang paghandaan ang pagrating ng malupit na pinuno.
Alam ng dating haring Vegeta na hindi papatawarin ni Freeza ang himagsikan, kaya tinulungan niya si Baddack upang masiguro ang tagumpay.
At dahil dito, pati ang mga mas nag-aalangan na Saiyan ay sumunod sa mga utos.
