You should be well aware by now that one does not need the help of a legend to reach astounding levels of power.

Regardless there’d have to be a legend to go along with the form, and no such Half-Saiyan legend exists in Saiyan mythology.
It would be more likely that he is some sort ‘legendary human’ and said legend has been lost to time!
