why they didnt use it on majin bra then?
I guess what he meant by ssj2 was weaker than buu stronger than cell
He was referring to SSJ2 in a normal scaling. Fusions like Gogeta, Vegito and Gotenks and progeny of said fusions like Bra are abnormal power wise and break such scalings
