This fight sucks, honestly. It's fine to go for big or weird moves but not when it's the entire fight. Cell hasn't tried to just straight up fight at all, why resort to dumb shit when just regular old punching would do it? I feel like the writers wrote themselves into a wall where they need Vegeta to win so they're coming up with all sorts of nonsense as a way for him to do so.

DBS: Broly showed you can make Broly an interesting character and keep him strong without resorting to making him a godmode sue. DBM isn't perfect but the favortism it has for certain characters to the detriment of others is its biggest flaw imo

You know, since this Broly was found encased in ice and rendered in a kind of stasis, I can't help but hold onto the possibility that the Z-Fighters actually won, or it was at least a draw. Broly is the kind of person who can't be shackled or controlled and will willingly destroy all planets and kill all life in the Universe or torment them and cause despair, all just for sh*ts and giggles. You'd think a guy like Broly would know how to safely travel through the vacuum of space, so right now I can't imagine how Broly would've wound up in that ice in the first place. So far I also can't see magic being involved in this fight, not to mention that kind of power probably could've been what would defeat Broly, despite being so strong to a seemingly-infinite degree. I doubt sealing someone in ice through magical means is something Buu can do, too, even after absorbing Piccolo, a Namekian who's already fused with Kami and Nail, as well as Gohan, Goku, Vegeta and Gotenks.

Based on first impressions, Buu seems to be fighting more intelligently.
