He delivered his attack at this point I genuinely don't think even if they lose that our heroes could have anticipated any of what would happen next.

I predict that this new "Ice Realm" or whatever will come into play somehow but...I genuinely have to admit. I'm impressed.

It's more than likely that he does survive as this variation of buu is like a barrier protecting him. Or a very powerful shield.
