But we’re going back to what I said last time. I’m opening a secondary tournament in parallel!
All the “God-Tier” are obliged to participate. That includes you, Gohan.
We’ll make pools of four to enter the semi-finals.
I’ll dish out upgrades to anyone who wants, regardless of their level.
And dumb entrapment techniques are banned.
