I like how this story expands on the Planet Trade Federation lore. Though I must admit, I’d personally rather learn more about the Planet Trade Federation through the lore of Universe 13 and its saiyan’s.

I still believe that the Black Senzu is a chekhov's gun. I know one of the writers said it wasn’t. But there’s simply too many writing tropes attached to that Black Senzu to think that it’s not going to get brought back up.

I like to thick that the Namekian pieced Vegeta’s arm back together like a puzzle, and then he used healing magic to basically glue the arm back into one piece, before then getting him back in the bubble.

I have to go back and see if Jackie Chun makes the same hand motions, because that seriously looked like she was going to pull off a Light Granade in the last page.

Okay I got to ask the question. “The Frozen” feels like a really weird name to give it. It feels like it’s one of those things were it sounds better in another language. I understand that there’s a desire to give it a unique name. But it just feels very awkward in any sentence you put it in, adding “zone” or “area” feels like it would have helped the grammar feel better.

That Space Cow clearly has a power level of at least 250. Strongest cow in the universe.

She could just Teleport to Pan’s bubble. Block any attack Vegeta throws at her or Pan / the Namekian’s. And then from there she could either attack Vegeta with Ki attacks. Or just Teleport away and back to home base.

Okay so is this how DBM does power scaling?

DBM doesn’t really have exact power Levels but instead it has tiers of power. Especially when it comes to saiyans.

A Saiyan who never unlocks SSj1 will generally never be stronger than a Saiyan who has unlocked SSj1.

If Saiyan-A has unlocked SSj2 and Saiyan-B has only unlocked SSj1, then Saiyan-A will generally always be stronger than Saiyan-B, even if Saiyan-A limits themselves to just SSj1.

Similarly, if Saiyan-A unlocked SSj3 then they would be stronger than any other Saiyan who has only unlocked SSj2 or lower, so long as Saiyan-A matches them in their form, be it SSj2 or SSj1.

The exceptions to this are Fusion Saiyan’s (and Son Bra) and Ultimate Saiyan’s like Gohan. Fusion Saiyan’s can outmatch other Saiyan’s even if they stayed in a lesser form. And Ultimate Saiyan’s only have the one form to begin with (allegedly).

Then there’s the Legendary Saiyan but honestly nothing makes sense about the LSSj so I’m going to skip over it.

As such, Goku should theoretically never lose in a fare fight to Kakaroto, as Goku has unlocked SSj3 (and SSj0) while Kakaroto has only gotten to SSj2.

This brings us to U18 Vegeta Vs U13 Vegeta. Both have unlocked SSj3 but U18 Vegeta has unlocked SSj0. So theoretically, as long as it was a fare fight where U18 Vegeta wasn’t handicapped by needing to protect weaker fighters. So Namakians can resist the freeze spell via their Antenna, Cell can do it presumably with his wings. (For some reason he doesn’t have the general Android protection that others have.) those Allied with XXI are given immunity thanks to XXI’s dark clouds. Cyborg / Androids have immunity due to the Frozen spell only effecting Life. (Which brings in a question as to if this would affect Buu or not, and his creations. Presumably not from what we saw at the end of Uub’s special chapter.) Power Levels don’t protect you from this spell as Vegerot was clearly affected by it when I’K’L used it.

This means that Android 16 is out there somewhere unaffected, and maybe the U19 gang might have some kind of automated movement system built into their armor that can move them around. Also maybe the lady from Universe 2 might be unaffected as well as I believe she was stated to be part Android.

Don’t goten and trunks share memories when fused?

They should just fuse normally, then Gotents just has to remember from his Goten memories how the advanced fusion works. Then de-fuse and then Trunks should know how to do the advanced fusion from his Gotenks memories.

Theory time. The Soul of I’K’L possess Vegitto and this is what creates the vision of the Evil Vegitto that we saw in Bardocks vision. He still wants to kill off every fighter of Freeza strength or higher and then close off Multiverse travel permanently.

What’s even worse is that according to Old Kai’s vision/dream, Raditz by himself isn’t even strong enough to beat U13’s Vegeta. What was even the point of Raditz getting a power up if he’s still weaker than U13 Vegeta. 1 Resposta/es

Prediction.
South Kai sends everyone home, ending the multiverse tournament early. But XXI will have already gotten his wish, and can now travel between universes. Or the 20 universe that we’re in the tournament will become connected somehow. This will be how Uub gets freed too.

The story then becomes a quest to reunite the strongest players in the tournament to stop XXI before he becomes unstoppable by consuming to many universes.

As poetic Irony, the first universe XXI will consume will be universe 9. The human universe.

If the power levels stayed at Raditz = High end SSJ2 (which is what I assumed back on page 2378) then it would actually make sense that South Kai could beat Raditz. South Kai is supposed to be the strongest of the Kai's and he's the one that made Kid Buu afraid for the first time, and Kid Buu is around SSJ3 level. So the power levels from before would actually lead to Radiz losing making sense. I never had a problem with him getting beaten by South Kai.

Now over explaining Raditz's power level and his "nerf / buff" feels a little wonky. I get that Elder Kai wanted to put limitations on Raditz, but now it feels like the set up exists just to have Elser Kai's plans backfire on him. That's how it feels reading this page by page. Hopfully this all plans out well when the story is complete and everything can be read in a fluid order.

The more I think about it. XXI really is kind of similar to Moro from the DBSuper Manga. Granted he’s coming off as a lot more mysterious than Moro ever was, which is a nice change.

That would be way too dark. There’s a reason they didn’t show any of it in the Manga/Anime. People would hate the ending even more if they rubbed the reality of a whole timeline being erased in our faces.

The justification for How Cell could kill Videl and still be recognized as a “good guy” in the fight against Babidi’s assault made no sense.
