I don't consider Oozaru form to have a scouter power level at x10 the power of the saiyan when untransformed.

I consider it to be x2 (i added that on page 1713 subtext).

Why? Because in Saiyan/Namek saga, a power level difference of only 25% is enough to wipe the floor with the opponent (We can see it in diverse situations: Goku Kaioken x3, Vegeta vs Kiwi, etc). So using x2 to show a MASSIVE gain it more than enough.

→ Vegeta Oozaru on earth, if was at 180K, would be invicible in front of Goku, but is not. he even loses an eye from a tired Gokû!

Only Freeza talks in percentages. Normal people use images, they say "my power doubled!" that doesn't mean "I measured on the scouter an exact x2 on my power level". Also, they tends to brag.
And the scale of the scouter may not be the scale of another, for example, the system of Babidi (800 kilis for Yakon, 3000 kilis for SSJ Goku). We don't know if it's the same scale and if it's exponential like it is on scouters.

Weird that you think that, because the daizenshuu says otherwise. Both the description of the form and the power levels listed show it as x10, not x2. If it was just x2 then how would kid Goku with is PL of 10 kill Grandpa Gohan who was able to thrash Goku before the 22nd world martial arts tournament? Even if you were to say Grandpa Gohan had a power level of 90 (not a reasonable claim, but still) then oozaru Goku would just have a power level of 20. So how could Grandpa Gohan not beat an oozaru Goku that wouldn't be able to kill someone like Mercenary Tao?

Old Lord Slug is stronger than 1st form Frieza. Namek Saga Vegeta didn't reach 1st form Frieza's powerlevel until after the 2nd Zarbon fight. In this special U13 Vegeta probably has the same powerlevel early Namek Saga Vegeta had, thus weaker than Old Lord Slug.

However, Vegeta's final flash ignores durability if it is sufficiently charged, thus he can kill Old Lord Slug with it if Old Lord Slug is distracted by a loud noise, grappled by the U13 saiyans or both.

I could honestly read an entire web comic based on the 4 Saiyans alone. Such an awesome premise. Reminds me of all those BYOND RP-PvP games where you'd team up with a band of Saiyans and go after your own nefarious goals.

I find your lack of faith in our namekian friend disturbing. I think he has a pretty good chance of killing cold with this. Irreguardless of what you think of the attack, Special Beam Canon is literally an attack made to pierce a person in a vulnerable state. Perhaps Goku will wear Cold down to the point where the SBC can go through his vital point.



I don't see Goku shooting a kamehameha killing cold at this point, even if he switched places with piccolo, mostly because Cold wouldn't give him a chance seeing as Goku's the most obvious threat, and the fact that piccolo would get one shot if he tried to buy Goku time for an attack like the Kamehameha or spirit bomb, killing the plan almost instantly.

The Special Beam canon is better suited for this situation, as it'll be more inconspicuous, as Cold can't sense energy, or look into the sky to see a gigantic energy blast coming down on him, or just the bright light of ki blast being charged up in general like that of the galick gun or Kamehameha

Is Piccollo's beam cannon like Krillin's disc in the sense that it can cut through anything? Or is it just the power behind it?
