Nail mentioned the "smallest of the Gods" which I believe he meant Shin, but as chapter 25 shows, the one who killed Freeza and his family is the North Kaioshin. Of course, the white & black version of this page came before chapter 25 (and Salagir might forgot about this line when he wrote the script for chapter 25) which means the error was actually in chapter 25, but it should have been edited in our version. Oh well...

Petar Son was saying: This is a very big advantage that the color manga has, like here the Namekians can be shown with different patterns of green because their designs are too similar, so much so that they would have to carry name cards for us to tell them all apart, or some to wear special clothes so we can identify them or to recognize more important characters.
That's one advantage we have in the colored version, you can recognize/tell the differences between characters with the color of their skin and what they wear. :)

Ox King had a power level similar to Master Roshi, even though he failed to learn KI control from Master Roshi, yet he was incredibly strong to the point that if Videl from the tournament that can fly, if she were to fight him she wouldn't even be able to scratch him, if you don't believe me then watch Dragon ball or read the manga. I gave a power level of 80 to Videl that she doesn't deserve, and i was literally highballing her with that power level, but I gave her that level of strength to be similar to the fighters in 21st Tenkaichi Budokai level of strength or at least to be similar to the level that Goku had in that tournament, although I don't think she can even beat Goku at the beginning of the story who knocked giants to the ground with a single punch, destroyed large rocks as a morning exercise, and thought the bullets were actually marbles thrown at him, it was that weak for him when Bulma shot him with a gun (Goku was off guard just to mention it). Really strong fighters have stopped coming to tournaments after Goku vs Piccolo fight otherwise Mr. Satan or Videl wouldn't even come close to winning any tournaments, and you underestimate Chi-Chi and her skill and strength, to get herself back into shape after so many years of not training in order to train her younger son, who is no joke.
Being stronger than OX King is not a big of achievement compare to the level of Yamcha, Krillin, and Tien at the 23rd tournament. Chichi couldn't track the fight between Tien and Goku and was surprised that Krillin and Yamcha could. The only insulting thing is comparing Videl to Yamcha or saying the fusion of these weaklings will be match Raditz.

Videl can fly. and really Chi Chi should have learned flying and basic kii blasts by default being married to Goku the fact she doesn't. I think that you are exaggerating Videl’s potential, and Gohan as a super teacher. Chi-Chi is stronger and more skilled than Videl, and the only thing she knows that Chi-Chi doesn't is flying, Chi-Chi had a power level of 130 in the tournament against Goku, but over the years we can say that she has weakened, although she did train Goten, and taught him how to fight, so we can say that she has maintained some power, and we can put her at power level 100, while for Videl we don't know her power level but she is not higher than Chi-Chi, but we will give her power level between 50 and 80. Fusion and how much the powers increase is a big debate among the fans, but I'm going to use the multiplier that sounds the most reasonable to me, and that would be to combine their powers and multiply them 100 times which would give us at most 180, and we multiply that times 100 and get 18000, so we get the power level of Vegeta in the Saiyan saga which is very good. As much as you want to use Yamcha as a joke here you just can't, and to say that Videl has more potential than him is just stupid, and for no solid reason, and the only reason people are putting him so low is because he has given up training and is no longer the warrior he once was, which does not mean that he is weak now, but people like to think that he is, and because they made him an even bigger joke in DBS. Lastly if you think that Gohan can measure up to the masters that Yamcha had you must be kidding, because you are suggesting that Gohan is a better teacher than Master Roshi, mr. Popo and King Kai, but if you really mean that then you really weren't paying attention if you watched the story, just because Gohan is stronger than all those people doesn't make him a better teacher, it makes him just a strong teacher who has saiyan genetics on his side while Videl does not.

Always wondered how does one "watch" from up there.

I actually rather like this, despite everyone hating it.

1) Vegetto needs to be told that he's not God. He is the most powerful being in his universe, an unstoppable force that has no such immovable object to rival him. Armies surrender at the mere sight of him because no one can hope to defeat him. There is no one to stop him. What he says goes, and... that's it.

2) He has done a terrible job trying to teach Bra self-control. Look back at the chapters showing her learning self-control. Vegetto: stood on the sidelines, let Gohan knock her out, took her into the RoSaT right after she's healed to train her, and then, after an angry 2 and a half days stormed out, declaring her a lost cause. Then Gohan came in and taught her self control in like a day. Vegetto says she's combative, and she is. But she also can be reasoned with. Vegetto just never, ever knew how to do it, presumably because of his aforementioned "I am the law of the universe" approach.

3) A culmination of the previous two points, Vegetto has no idea how to not brute force stuff. When his daughter went berserk, his idea was to threaten her life despite the fact that this presumably took place after Gohan succeeded in teaching her restraint for the time being. When fighting the illusion of Bra, he didn't use any sort of clever tricks, he just powered up, and then when it tried to kill him other ways, he just powered up more. More power. More, and more power. Demoralize the enemy with all your power. Obliterate the threat because that works. For everything. And everyone.

4) Can we all take a moment to consider that Bra was mind controlled throughout all of this? So far, our we've seen Vegeta and Cell resist the mind control entirely. That's two out of how many people? Every other saiyan and Frost Demon did not successfully resist control. Bra, however, was controlled. Controlled by her desire to by powerful like her father. Her father, who was born of two people who strived without end to be the strongest in the world. Her father, whom the universe bends the knee to. Her father, the fighter who, after failing to teach Bra self-control, stormed off ranting, and teleported away. Her father, who when cheated out a match that is entirely just a fun show, went off and screamed about wanting to break his son's skull and noted that he acts like Bra when he's mad.

To sum up what I'm trying to get across: Bra has always looked up to Vegetto. He's her father, so it's natural. He's also feared and respected by the universe, something many people would admire. But Vegetto isn't a stoic model of self-control himself. Gohan is. But Vegetto tries to brute force everything and vwooops off to have a temper tantrum when he can't simply brute force a problem. He doesn't realize that although he keeps the peace in the universe, he is still fallible. He threatened to kill his daughter and then was about to follow through on it, asserting "I beat Babidi's brainwashing, so she must be a lost cause because she didn't" even though she eventually did. Because someone pointed she was going about everything all wrong: they pointed out that her inability to control herself was a problem, and they did it by lecturing her, not threatening her life.

Bra wasn't a lost cause. Vegetto just couldn't figure out how to approach teaching Bra from a different angle, so he hoped fear would keep her in line. That is why Vegetto is getting talked down to. Because he can't understand that his awesome and terrifying power isn't the answer to everything. Everyone else recognizes their tempers can flares and they can make mistakes. Vegetto either doesn't think he can be mistaken, or doesn't care that he can make mistakes.
