Goku and Vegetta are much stronger in this comic than they were during the Buu era, stronger Fusies makes for a stronger fusion. and Vegetto has been stated as never having had a good fight up untill this point so all he's got going for him is training by himself. So I'm willing to bet Gogetta can slap him around easily.

Though you are right about them being unequal in strength, you're 100% wrong about who is stronger. It literally stated, in the manga, that the Potara is stronger than the dance. Toriyama himself wrote that, it's canon, so stop letting your Gogeta favoritism blind you. People like to quote unofficial sources for reasons as to why Gogeta is stronger, but as for Toriyama's statement, aka, the guy who has all the final say in all things related to Dragon Ball, Vegito is stronger.
