I think that it is suspicious that U7 Bulma and U7 Krillin saw U7 Gohan getting killed but somehow they (U7 Bulma and U7 Krillin) somehow survived to tell the tale to U7 Gast, unless U7 Bulma and U7 Krillin chose to abandon U7 Gohan or U7 Gohan is missing/was kidnapped.

What are you talking about? The whole Raichi-Gast fight was just Raichi and Gast actually having similar outlooks but Gast disagreeing with Raichi's methods. As a whole, Raichi is very much devoted to peace despite the hatred basis that Hatchiyak is built on. He even says in that fight that he has no innocent lives on his conscience. He really only killed the Saiyans who damn well deserved it considering the reign of terror they wrought upon the universe.
And Super Hatchiyak itself is something that can only form if Raichi himself (the orb) is damaged. I'm not sure why you think getting rid of them isn't the smartest thing that they could do for their earth. You can't name a single evil thing that Raichi has done.

Piccolo never did that. In DBZ, he regenerates from a hole in his chest. In DBM, he regenerates from losing his body from the hips down (in the Broly Second Coming special), and it’s Gast that regenerates from just his head (which was blasted afterwards). However, nameks in DBZ often died from attacks like death beams, energy blasts that only scorched them without blowing them apart, and having their necks snapped by Dodoria. Basically, the ability to regenerate more than just your limbs is probably unique to Super Nameks like Piccolo and Gast.

During the Buu saga when Piccolo was turned into stone kid Trunks accidentally knocked him over and shattered him. Later when the petrification effect was removed he regenerated and told Trunks that as long as his head was intact he could regenerate.

Guess the Kais start to realize that this whole tournament thing wasn't a good idea and they opened pandoras box and are now unable to close it again.
Let's see if this parallel tournament actually gets off the ground this time. So Gohan is included, Iam curious who else is "god-tier" apart from the usual suspects. Maybe Vegeta and Goku as Gogeta?
