I'm sure his sentence isn't perfect, but "doesn't make sense" seems harsh.

they trained for 10 years and should be at least 10 radditz by now, or more.

even if we assume radditz got stronger, his growth would have likely stagnated due to using oozruu, and getting easy wins, with little difficulty. and relying on the other saiyans.
