A thou­sand years ago, I started my train­ing to become a Kaioshin under Master Kaio.
I learned many tech­niques.
Given my po­ten­tial, Master Kaio wanted to teach me the Kaioken.
From what he said, it re­quired great phys­i­cal re­sis­tance, some­thing he re­gret­ted for himself.
However, it had no impact on my body, proving that I am an ex­cep­tion­al being.
It took me some time to fully master it without any impact on my body.
