Tombobreaker was saying:
You did not fight another person it was literally her, that's not how the Majin thing works.

Now we're probably gonna get Pan after having seen Bra literally slice her father in half killing him in a grusome way just "Oh you did one nice thing now we're besties again"

It's not literal. Majin IS mind-control.

And thus... the best character of the manga is gone due to garbage, deus ex machina writing. Even if he comes back, the way of getting rid of him was straight up lazy and unsatisfying.

Buu's skillset is literally dues ex machine, you're just entertained by it. It's really tiring for people to hold these silly double standards of what is good writing, when it's pretty clear "things you like" = good writing, "things you don't like" = bad writing.

Onto the topic at hand, we know for a fact that there are an almost infinite number of universes that are constantly increasing, but only 1 where Vargas's learned multiverse travel in a way that does not affect time. I think possibly that this is taking from the idea of universe prime from DC comics where 1 universe is the one that spawns all possibilities of all other universes. The universe where the Gods decided to intervene was what triggered it, and through that, infinite amounts of universes continuously are spawned from that point, them NOT intervening is the variation. The reason why it's impossible for anyone else to use it is because their universe cannot supersede universe 1, this ability is not exclusive to their brain waves or tech, it is exclusive to their unique DNA as being a member of Universe 1. 2 Replie(s)

Vegito was going to kill Bra as a result of her actions under Babidi's control. Vegito is perfectly okay with Buu threatening people for a multiversal tournament.

He's not a good character. In both the sense that he's more poorly written than Bra, and he's not a good person. 1 Replie(s)

zero logic was saying: joekhuk was saying: 1st - What has Zen Buu done wrong? Put everyone in some glop for a bit, pretend to want to absorb Broly, literally resurrect EVERYONE that died, give many people enhanced powers...

THis isn't Daniel Tiger people. Characters aren't just "good" / "bad" and nothing in-between.

2nd - the kai's logic is sound, if you understand what he is saying. It is about the subjectivity of what is Good / Evil. Much like you guys on here and hte poster who said ZenBuu had "MURDEROUS INTENT". I mean seriously, i know this is a comic and all, but the guy literally JUST revived everyone.

He attacked everyone (punched girl Kai), made the hosts hostages, and wanted to control the tournament as his wih his will going over anyone's.

Your way of thinking is so bad. Going by what you wrote "he revived them all!!!", it would be ok for me to cut people with a knife if I personally give them stitches myself right after, am I right? Let's poison someone let him hit the ICU, I will give him the antidote later tonight, no damage done lmao.

Kururun was saying:
This page is actually a really good indicator for easily impressed midwits. It looks somewhat deep, but it has more holes than Swiss cheese.

Pretty much this. I bet the story continues with everyone now agreeing with Kai.

And here is the black and white childish thinking I was pointing out. Attacked everyone? Nobody besides the one bird was hurt. And this is dragon ball, good people punch people all the time for no reason. Give me a break.

Yes, reviving people is a good thing. IF you poisoned someone and could MAGICALLY restore them to PERFECT condition, that is a hell of a lot different then if you poisoned someone and let them die. If you can't discern that then you are living up to your namesake

If you poisoned someone and could magically recover them to PERFECT condition, you still poisoned them. They still suffered. Torture is torture, and it's not good regardless of whether or not there are lasting wounds. Buu is evil in every sense of human morality. Just because he is no longer limited to purely evil acts and can do good acts does not change the fact that if he met someone and he wanted to absorb them, he would. It wouldn't matter if they wanted to be absorbed or if they had their own family. Buu exists only for his own pleasure, and what's worse absorption prevents people from going to heaven and being reincarnated. In the multiverse series, eventually your consciousness gets completely absorbed into Buu and you don't even exist. You literally are obliterated and exist as an aspect of his personality. 1 Replie(s)

The towel thing is a reference to the "Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy." A hitchhiker should always know where their towel is.

I disagree with everyone complaining for several reasons

1. This is totally in character for Vegeta, if he has no interest in fighting someone he will go out of his way to use dirty tricks… he even used a dirty trick against Goku as Majin Vegeta if you’ve forgotten. Although, the specific reason for Vegeta doing this is because he doesn’t care about Cell at all and only really joined this tournament to fight Goku.

2. Cell has had little to no character growth, he had his time to shine during the Bra arc and his previous fights, him losing to Vegeta here is justice and we still get to see his story when the tournament ends.

3. Vegeta and Goku have purposefully held themselves back and haven’t been using their tricks and new moves much at all, they’re saving them for eachother. Both of them have grown a lot and this is only the beginning.

4. Cell’s regeneration is a combination of Frieza’s extremely durable hard to kill body and Piccolo’s regeneration. He needs his nucleus to regenerate it’s like his brain.

I enjoyed this fight and if anyone is having doubts, you should reread Vegeta and Cell’s previous matches and then reread this

1. He can fight Goku whenever he wants and in the specials, he actually has, they're training partners.

2. Vegeta hit Goku because he wanted to make up for his mess in the Majin Buu Saga. He was not using a dirty trick to defeat Goku, he even says that if he survives, they'll continue.

3. Vegeta will use dirty tricks if winning is his only goal. But other than that, and if you've listened to him talk about how he treats fighting, he doesn't like anything that adds questionability to his legitimacy of victory. In that regard, he and Goku are very similar. They prefer FAIR fights. Losing this match costs him nothing, so there is no reason to use dirty tactics, unless you know nothing about the characters. Vegeta enjoys fighting for the sake of it, there is no such thing as a powerful opponent Vegeta doesn't want to fight with.

Not a huge fan of this. While Vegeta is always willing to use dirty tricks, this only makes sense in context of when he has a larger goal. This is a tournament. Who cares if he can beat Cell if he's off guard? This makes it seem like Vegeta actually cares about winning the tournament, which he shouldn't. Vegeta admires most about Goku is Goku's desire to improve himself and his limits. Vegeta relishes a challenge, and that is something intrinsic to his character.

This isn't just boring, it's wildly out of character, it also resolves nothing. Finally, and this is important, it simply makes Cell look like a moron and incompetent, when Cell has previously established that he was competent.

Vegito has the worst aspects of Goku and Vegeta, along with a universe where he hasn't had a fun fight since his inception. This likely gave him a God Complex. So whereas Buu matured to a certain degree, Vegito likely got worse. He has Vegeta/Cell syndrome where he wants a worthy fight, but he still wants to win that fight. This does kind of prove that Vegito's anger is largely in relation to being humiliated, specifically in a way that he doesn't recognize as legitimate fighting.

What I'M personally curious about is why Goku said "I wonder if we can still beat them". Like the answer SHOULD be Obviously not, which means whatever they have up their sleeves is quite the something, because Goku's not sure rather than like "wow winning is impossible".
