I can't see how this makes sense. Piccolo is like 100 times weaker. If makancosappo worked like this, the Piccolo that fought Raditz could have killed (or at least seriously hurt) saiyan saga Vegeta oozaru if had the chance. Yet Gohan blocked with one hand Cell's makancosappo despite the fact that they were even in power.

He probably developed further his teqnique just like goku did with the Kamehameha and tien with the kikoho. Goku, as raditz saw with his scouter later, showed the super Kamehameha in the 23rd tournament, an attack twice his regular power. Tien, with his kikoho, hurt nappa(vegeta said if he didn't guard nappa would die) and later managed to hurt cell even though their power difference was higher than tien's with nappa's
They develop their attacks further with training, making them deadlier.

2. How should U18 Bra know if U16 Bra can control SS2? She’s never trained a day in her life! She doesn’t even have SS1! So not only do we have another instance of someone who shouldn’t really be talking speaking up to defend Bra (and knowing something they shouldn’t know), but this confirms Bra has gotten only permanent positives from Majinization and killing everyone. Lacking the “willpower” to resist Babidi (which I dispute Bra lacks) is explicitly better morally than resisting him like Vegeta did.

U18 Bra says U16 Bra broke Babidi’s control “on her own.” Not only is her happy smile a complete 180 from spitting contempt at U16 Bra earlier, but now the story has given the credit of U16 Bra breaking free to exclusively U16 Bra. Not only does this trivialize U18 Bra’s one relevant moment in the story, but if Bra alone overcame Babidi according to the story, that only supports what people have argued for pages: U16 Bra could’ve broken free at any time, and only did so when her strength was threatened, NOT because she felt killing everyone was wrong. It was being called weak and “passive” that got to her, not murdering her brother.
4. Vegito’s actions are labelled as murder, explicitly stating he’s wrong. He is wrong to prioritize the safety of the entire universe over his daughter’s life! How much more Bra-centric morally can you get? And even if Bra can control SS2 now, Vegito didn’t know that when he made his decision to kill her!

1:It doesn't have to do with majination but being released from it. Releasing herself from it is a similar process to controlling her ssj2 form. Therefore, by freeing herself, she took control of her power.Kakarot never broke free so he never took control of himself. Though, even if he did, I doubt he'd be sane as it's a slightly different issue than going berserk at ssj2.

To answer part 2 of your 2nd statement, gotenks was simply showing vegeto that he's been a hypocrite. He assumed bra let herself be controlled because half of him did that exact thing. It's not that either of them is better than the other, it's that vegetto is projecting his own mistakes to bra.
3:I suppose you're right on this one. Without u18 bra, u16 bra would never break free(unless others did the same thing u18 bra did). And yes, bra didn't break free because she cared for her crimes, but rather because she was too prideful to be considered weak(though she did get her empathy back after breaking free).
4:Gast is the fusion of all nameks, guru included. They're known to be very kind hearted, kinda like Goku, so it makes sense he would be forgiving. Also, he has hundreds of years worth of wisdom, thanks to guru. Goku, well, he's goku, it's part of his personality to be forgiving. And that nature probably rubbed off on goten too. Trunks, it's his damn sister. And he's goten's best friend so he's probably learnt to be forgiving as well. Forgiveness is also a big part of Dragon Ball. So, naturally, the biggest fan made dragon ball story would have the same message too? Also, I'm sure goku would have done the same for majin vegeta had he beaten him. And vegetto knows that. Yet he chooses to kill bra, thinking there's no other choice. He should know better, he has goku in him.
