U18 Vegeta had 3 years of training +1 year of HBTC training which that year was spent trying to achieve power pass a Super Sayian. This Vegeta had no intense extra years of training of normal caliber if any at all. Then + 1-2 years of HBTC training while still under the impression that Ssj1 was as best it gets.<br /> <br /> Those factors is probaly what seperate this Vegeta from the other one. Though I agree, he should long since died, even if Vegeta is known for taking epic beatings.
