Dragon Ball Multiverse

I am just curious - will this comic ever be finished?

I mean, until now, there were 91 pages with about 9 and a half fights decided.
If we assume about 9,1 pages per fight then, we would have an average of 4,55 weeks per fight (as long as two pages a week are released).
Let's just say there WERE 6 more battles to go on in round 1, so that we would have just 16 fights at all, then 8 in round 2, 4 in round three and the finals afterwards.

This alone would lead to about 91 weeks to finish or in other words about two years...

Like I said, I am just curious Salagir, do you really plan to go on with it for such a long time, will you change your release schedule someday or something completely different?

Or do you at least have some sort of backup plan so you could at least end all this at some time, if you notice that you do not want to go on through the whole tournament?

As for the new page: Great as ever, I hoped something like that might happen :D
Please just don't "rape" our Vegeta again like Toei and Toriyama did so often in the past ^^

@Toriyen: Yeah, a strong Yamcha would be interesting. I always got the tar beat out of me against Yamcha in the games, but only in the third round of a tournament. Any other time he was too easy. Perhaps something reminiscent of that would work here? The Yamcha from... whatever universe could be decently strong, but take on weaklings until the third round, where he faces someone incredibly strong, like Buu or Cell, and barely manages to win through desperation.

@Kekoza: It'd be a little weird seeing two fusions fuse. Besides, what would you call him? Vogeta? Goghetto? Legendary Ultimate Super Sayajin Warrior Known Only As Clancy?

Yeah, just to clarify that: I didn't mean to say anything else. It really is fast and good.
So no complains or whatsoever, my question was just one out of curiosity ^^

First of all, if Toriyama made Vegeta look bad at any point, then it's in the character. Vegeta is not a hero character like Goku, so he will always fail at what Goku will succeed at. Making him look good against lightweights like this is easy, but when it comes down to it, Vegeta doesn't have the same willpower and determination that Goku has. This might change a little now that Vegeta has changed, but you can't completely change who he is. If you're a Vegeta fan, you should like everything about Vegeta. Stop asking for the character to be different.

On a lighter note, Super Krillin would be awesome. It'd be the funniest thing in the world to see a universe where Krillin was the most powerful. Have him kill King Cold or something, lol. I'm still waiting for Goku fused with Gohan to show up. We all know it would have happened if Gohan didn't mess up.

Speaking of a fusion between Goku and Gohan... Gokan? It's obvious that this comic will end one day. Why do you want it to end quickly? I hope this comic keeps going for a while. However, if he had to end it quickly, he does have the perfect way of making it end quickly. He could easily have something happen that breaks Broli out of the ice and forces everyone else to fight him. Thing is, though, this comic wasn't made simply for the story plot. It was made as a chance for us to see the fights we've only been able to imagine. Fights like Cell vs Buu. Given that, this comic is a long ways away from ending as there are so many combos that the fans of DBZ have been waiting to see.

As for that filler comment, this isn't filler. It only seems like that because nothing important is happening. This is what you call build-up. Nothing too big, but needs to happen before we can get anywhere. All story writers have to work their way through stuff like this before they can get to what they want because if they don't then it wouldn't be as fulfilling.

I just had the funniest idea... but no, Hercule just isn't allowed to be the strongest in any universe, lol.

What I said, was NOT that I wanted to end this comic quickly. I even clarified this I think.

What I was asking, was something just out of curiosity, whether this comic has a really good chance to be finished SOMEDAY IF IT TAKES AS LONG as I "calculated" :)
And if there was a chance of failure if they could just end it SOMEHOW and not let it die without any end.

Can you understand my question better now?

Anyways, Salagir and Gogeta Jr have been doing this for almost a year now, if I am correct. If they are that devoted, they'll see this comic out to the very end.

Actually they're not the same matter- they're seperate people at seperate ages from seerate realities. If that rule applied the tournament would have imploded some 80 pages ago.

(a dramatic 'noooo' from ozzue king vegeta followed by over dramatic shocks from all around the stadium at the power used to 'destroy' that tail which s accompained by dramatic dun-dundun music and slo mo footage)

yet strangely for nappa that scene will send him thoughts of deja vu, even though techinally speaking he hasn't seen it happen in his universe, am sure the vegeta of that universe will be more then happy to give him a redemonestration.

@ Gokan- Alright, I see what you are getting at now. Sorry, it was hard to understand exactly where you were going with it. It seemed to say that you wanted an ending to this. I may have just read it wrong, but it's important to make your meaning painfully clear online. Still, I hope this comic doesn't end for a good long time.

Brolli isn't one of the strongest amongst this crowd at all. Not enough for EVERYONE to work against him.

For one, there's a Majin Buu that has absorbed every existing form of life in that timeline's UNIVERSE, including the Z fighters and possibly Brolli himself. Personally I would NOT have introduced this Buu, as in logical terms of who is the best fighter, that Buu has already won.

Not necessarily. If, for instance, Freiza killed all the saiyans, everyone on Namek, conquered Earth before the androids were completed, and then continued conquering the universe without significantly increasing in strength all before that Buu showed up, he could potentially be weaker than some of the other fighters out there.

It's Vegeta beating himself. If he were to kill himself (Other universe) it would technically count as transfer of energy from one place to another and being put to better use (I've been watching Jet Li's "The One"), other than that Vegeta is a legend... in his own mind. I want to see more of this or try to find the catalyst to speed up the production of this comic without sacrificing the story quality (Back to attempting in creating the Gogetta vs Vegeto scenario, with the exception of this joke:

When the Elite Saiyan we're born with over greater of power level:they can control it's mind and ablity to talk in Great Ape forms.And low class Saiyans we're born with least power level, as a baby it was send to any planet and In Great Ape form: it become mindless.
