ill say it again fantastic comic, but some people really make me wonder if they have seen the series....

18 didn't lose her powers, she just settled down with krillin. She still has the distintion of being the most powerful woman in the series, since pan never went ssj.

hello salagir, im a fan of this comic, one question, y dont krillin, tien and yamcha get an appereance in the tournament??? some match ups including those 3 would be very interesting such as Tien vs Captain Ginyu, Yamcha vs Jiece and Krillin maybe against Spice to show his improved power level, answer me that ???????

How many times must people say that? -.-' Tien, Yamcha and Krillin wont be a good challenge in a Tournament of this magnitude. Lets face it, Yamcha and Krillin stopped fighting so they would have no chance and Tien would just be too overpowered by the competiton.

I still wish they would had come as spectators, I mean at least Krillin, he was one of the most important characters in DB

In regards to 18 being the most strongest DBZ female, the strongest female member of the Z gang but let's not forget Zangya and the female supreme Kai that was killed by kid buu.

Am kinda curious to see if 18 is stronger then Zangya, Zangya is a strange character, like 18 she dosen't release an aura of power but she was seen handling future trunks for a bit with no worries (perhaps because of the fact her fellow henchmen were quick to pin trunks)

@Djiini: There was the history of trunks, and in fairness to her role in the cell saga it was no better then piccollo's. Once cell achieved 2nd form, Vegeta, goku, trunks and Gohan were the only real obstacles in its way. Which highlights the fact before regarding Tien that humans fall short to matching saiyan and half saiyans. The only other humans that can were the androids or buu reincarnated into one, Uub.

given the androids don't seem to be able to increase their power and if her and 17 are equal in power then she is about equal to picollo just as Picollo was to 17 when they fought. However I would bet that 18 would do well against Picollo given like 17 she cannot tire and no matter how well picollo fought against 17, he didn't have the answer or that much great of a power to deal with 17's 'unlimited energy'

Zangya was a movie villian so she really doesn't count in my opinion and isn't canon.

As for the female supreme Kai. One she's dead so there's no way to gauge her power and 2, we couldn't be sure of her power anyway. According to the sources, Super saiyans are beyond the level of the gods and 18 was a super saiyan level class fighter, atleast at the weaker/basic ssj tier. So even though there isn't a clear answer, there is a good chance, 18 could be stronger than that kai, or atleast her level.

For those who say pan is the strongest woman, think about this. If Trunks and Goten have to go ssj to fight her (18) without being owned, what gives you the idea, a non ssj can defeat an ssj level char? Well I suppose that can happen using DBGT logic, but that's besides the point >.>

i will say it as much as need be untill i get a detailed answer, there r plenty of henchmen at the tournament weaker than the earthlings so i have a valid point, if it werent for vegeta letting cell transform it was have been to tiens credit that cell couldnt absorb 18 and become complete, if vegeta had just killed him, cells defeat would have been thanks to Tien and Vegeta.

Goten and Trunks dont need to go ssj to fight pan, come on. Gt is absolute bogus, and Goten would never go all out against pan thats y she does so well.

@Ukeru: well the bojack movie was one of those rare instances where DBZ movie material could fit inbetween the offical series and timeline, though in this case knowing who is better 18 or zangya will come into effect as both are in this web comic. Not to mention the female supreme kai (though it seems only one of the supreme kai's are fighting in this touranment)

in regards to the super saiyans being beyone the level of gods, that's true to an extent as the north supreme kai, Kaiō-shin was able to stricken a weaken SSJ2 gohan leaving him exposed to be attacked by babadi's men. Point being that its the extreme aspects of the super saiyans that seem to overwhelm the kai's. however not all the supermem kai power levels are even, given the one or two that kid buu fought gave it a harder time. Also we have no idea how long the fight was between the female supreme kai and kid buu went on for, so it is as you say near impossible to assume. so i can't argue for either on that part.

@Salagir: Yes, "I'm out of energy/ki" is a lot more clear.

True, Kaioshin was the weakest of the group and thus there is a chance he could be the weakest Kai in history, well before the Potara fusion (I'm sure that boosted his power to enormous levels; however, he must have some considerable power to make it that far. Yes I know, he could have weakened in the years of peace, but again, we do not know so we can only use the time he appeared as a guide.

Anyway, although he is the weakest, I do not know how much stronger the others were minus the head honcho and the steady built one, For what I've seen, they had tremendous power that would easily take on ssj2 and beyond. Still, we will never know how strong the others were, I will agree with you on that. My stance that 18 could win is not just her power, but her endurance. Unless the female kai had an obvious power difference, I think the battle would be in 18's favor since we don't know of any way to stop her inifinite energy. As her endurance was giving out, the female kai would start to worsen in terms of preformance. Again, there's no way to accurately gauge the power levels, and this is only speculation on what could happen.

I was obviously defending 18. Pan has no shot at getting that title. It would be incredibly difficult to make up for a super saiyan gap and unless pan goes super saiyan, I see no way in her beating 18.

I always thought Recoome was/is the coolest in the ginyu force. IMO... Just so funny to think he gave Vegeta a hard time then later on Vegeta is so powerful.

Yeah, AT made most of his characters get so many huge power ups it's ridiculous. I wonder why so many webcomics JUST came up. You'd think somebody would make one with the popularity of DBZ.

Will your webcomic is actually cool. I've seen very badly done dragon ball fancomics. And its very rare for me to like one. However, Yours is so good I sometimes impatient for a new page. Its that good.

@Kekuu: I think that was why DBZ webcomics haven't turned up that much, first is of course the orgnaztion of it, second is the fans who liked it back then may have had to wait for a few years, get a job and do this and that to realise it their ambtion of webcomicing. And finally I think its just hard to do a DBZ story, DBZ was the blueprint for the power and action focus of anime but even so, with such insane powerups, where do you follow on after that? Who could be the next big advsary, shou;ld there be a next big one? etc

So credit to salagir and gogeta jr for the idea of this story. I think in time more webcomics like salgar will come, hell it could be a good alternative to go to once that 'movie' comes out. Though if this can be written up on wikipedia then its a move in the right direction.

BTW: i actually prefered the eariler 'I'm empty' comment by nail, it was straight to the point, 'I'm out of energy' felt like spelling out the obvious.

yeah, me too. it was easy to understand, but sounded much better and theatralic. i think salagir should change it back, if thats not too much to ask.

Even though the kaio shins are Gods (and my fave characters :P), I don't think the most are more powerfuller than a Super Saiyan Two. Remember, King Kai stated that Nappa and Vegeta were stronger than he was. King Kai is a God and doesn't even register upto Nappa's standards. So the upper Kai's shouldn't be all too powerful.

For the record, I think that this is the longest fight scene so far in the whole manga!

No offence to King Kai but he wasn't overwhelmingly amazing, the king kai's were always great trainers but never fighters, this fact however is contradicted when he himself says states that he and the other kais locked bojack within a star or something.

The king kai's were one thing, the supremes were something else, were they not so powerful then babadi's father would have had no need to create something as lethal as kid buu.

they were powerfull. strong enough to kill a being like freeza with ease, that was stated. even the weakest one could do that. so they are stronger than normal ssj, but not as strong as the ones from the buu saga. maybe somewhere around semi-perfect cell level or some higher. piccolo said he had no chance against the kaiohsin, and he was damn powerfull.

I dunno, i think cell games piccolo should beat shin.

I don't even know a word of French, forgive my ignorance, so I wouldn't know what Frenchglish is like (although I spent my highschool years in Canada and their official languages are English and French), but I know in English "I'm empty" is not a common way to say you're out of energy (at least from what I've experienced). I kind of guessed you meant it that way, but I just asked anyway out of curiousity. I thought it was kind of poetic lol, and I DO think it was a nice way of putting it, but....the way I see it, it's always better to say things direct and straightforward so that everyone can understand, unless it's supposed to be an important, metaphorical monologue with deeper hidden meanings underneath it. But you're the boss (literally), so it should be up to you to make decisions and write dialogues, not the readers. :)

remember after piccolo fought 17 he then went in the time chamber so after he emerged he would have been stronger than 17 by a fair bit, after coming out of the time chamber i have piccolo as slightly stronger than semi perfect cell( after absorbing 17).

all the kais were at least stronger than perfect cell, by the way they stood up to kid buu. south kai is about the level of a super saiyan 3 and grand supreme kai even stronger.
