Before everyone goes on an anti-technology rant, we must remember that the Artificial Humans were made from technology that proved to be effective against the Z-Senshi. Even though he did not reference Dragonball GT, we saw that General Rilld and Super #17 were some strong opponents and they were fashioned from technology. I could be wrong but I think this person is going to be a challenge for Uub.

One thing to remember is that nanotechnology is comprised of microscopic robots that could one day be used for biological engineering or they can be used as a weapon to reverse engineer the human body thus breaking it down from the inside. If the missiles are full of nanobots then Uub could be in some real trouble.

He never said that the missiles themselves were made out of nanotechnology, his belt might be made out of it or some other weapon. We just don't know. Nanotechnology isn't just small things, it's also small components, making it possible for the user to launch missiles out from a backpack.
