I have a feeling that Nappa isn't as powerful as Cargo. Cargo doesn't look like he's straining too much, if at all. I say that Cargo wins with a one shot.

I think there will be huge level gap do to the possible evolution of each race, nameks keep on being nameks, they haven't all the stage that saijin have to enpower themselves.
However I hate nappa so.. I hope he gonna bite the dust... futhermore, We all now nappa and the namek is a the new caracter, so I think nappa is not even gonna punch Cargot,because the authors wanna impress our "normal" univers heroes, to show us how wonderfull and hard it s gonna be for them.
